- How to useContainer and plug plantsSprinkle rootgrow evenly into the planting hole. Only treat the base of the hole the plant will sit in (it is not necessary to treat the sides). The rootgrow granules should be in direct contact with the roots when placing into the pre-dug hole.Seeds and bulbsTo treat seeds, bulbs, sets and seed potatoes etc. Sprinkle along the seed drill or add a pinch of granules just below the position of each seed or bulb. Cover with a small amount of soil and sow or plant as normal. Once opened store in a cool dry place, if stored correctly the product can be used up to 1 year after opening.
