Preparation & Storage
- Wash all work surfaces cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw poultry and meat.
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Suitable for stir fry. (Time 11-13 mins)
Do not reheat once cooled
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Suitable for freezing. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed date shown. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days.
