- NEED SOMEINSPIRATION?Peanut satay chicken kebabs.4 chicken breasts (diced).1 sachet Amoy sticky glaze peanut satay.Wooden skewers (soaked in water).Mix sticky glaze with diced chicken.Thread on to skewers and place under hot grill for 10 minutes.Turn kebabs and grill for a further 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.Serves 4.
