Jamie Oliver sticky chilli & balsamic glaze
Deliciously thick with a kick. Traditionally made in Italy recipe. Suitable for vegetarians. This thick&sticky glaze is made from a reduction of the Italian balsamic vinegar, infused with a bit of chilli to give it some bite.
Grape Must (60%), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (36%), Modified Starch, Chilli (0.8%), Xanthan Gum
Preparation & Storage
- It's delicious brushed on meats before cooking, or drizzled over salads andeven fruit salads and ice cream.
Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
