Made with Puglian olive oil and seasoned with oregano. From a small local bakery in Puglia. A soft golden focaccia made with durum wheat and seasoned with Puglian Olive Oil and Oregano. Focaccia Pugliese is the traditional round focaccia from Puglia. The golden colour comes from the durum wheat and theirregular holes in the top are made by hand which allow the fruity Puglian olive oil to seep into the bread. Our Focaccia Pugliese is made using the traditional recipe and finest flour ground in the mills of Altamura.

Preparation & Storage
- Best served warmDelicious eaten on its own or sliced and filled with Mozzarella cheese, ripe tomatoes and some basil leaves.
