Preparation & Storage
- Preparing the perfect cup: Cafetiere/Filter: One heaped dessert spoon of ground coffee per cup (the stronger you like it the more you add). You can always add more water once brewed if it's too strong. Allow the kettle to come off the boil to avoid scalding the coffee. Add a small amount of water to wet the grounds and then top up. Allow the coffee to infuse for between 3-5 minutes - plunge and enjoy! Espresso (Beans): Finely grind your Raw Beans to the requirements of your machine and enjoy the distinctive flavour.
Once opened create an air tight seal, keep out of direct sunlight and store at room temperature.…Consume within 2 weeks for the freshest Raw Bean taste.
