Matures through its life for a melt in the mouth texture, with a creamy, almost sweet flavour. Suitable for vegetarians. Le Petit Brie, a full fat, soft French ripening cheese. Made to an original Breton recipe, it has a wonderful robust flavour with a slight sweetness, its texture becomes creamy and melting as it matures.
