Remove from the packaging and place onto a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 180�C/ gas mark 4 for approximately 12 minutes (8 - 10 minutes for fan-assisted oven)
Remove from the packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate and heat on full power for 50 seconds (800w), 55 seconds (700w). Leave to stand for one minute before consuming.
