Mix all the ingredients except the vegetable oil together with a whisk and leave to stand for 2 minutes.2. Pour 1/4 tsp of oil into each mould of the bun tin and heat the tin in the middle of the oven for 3 minutes. Whisk the batter again and pour into the moulds.3. Bake for 15 minutes for small puddings or 20 for large pudding, until golden brown.
