Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place directly on oven shelf in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. (Time 25 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
