Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Foil pad does not need to be removed as it is oven safe. Place foil tray directly on oven shelf in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
