Waitrose Belgian Chocolate Sauce
Rich dark chocolate melted with sugar and butter. This sauce is wonderful poured over ice cream, used as a dip for fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, kiwis, apples, pears, etc), and as an accompaniment for cakes and tortes. Try poaching pears and drizzling with the sauce.
Maize glucose syrup, granulated white sugar, water, dark Belgian chocolate (12%), vegetable glycerine, butter oil, cocoa mass (3%), cocoa powder (1%), soya lecithin, Dark Belgian chocolate contains cocoa mass, granulated white sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier soya lecithin. Dark Belgian Chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.
Preparation & Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5ºC and consume within 2 days. Keep cool and out of sunlight
