Wine of Italy. Frascati - White Italian Wine. This wine is made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes grown on the Pallavicini family estate which dates back to 1670 and is situated just to the east of Rome. The crisp, melon and citrus flavours with a slightly 'mineral' finish make the wine an excellent aperitif or partner to hors d'?uvres, fish and white meats. It should be drunk young and preferably chilled to 10 degrees C.
