Preparation & Storage
- Cooking Instructions: (Serves 2-3)Stir fry 340g diced chicken, lamb, prawns or mixed vegetables in oil for 5 minutes.Sprinkle over the spice mix and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.Add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase simmer time if using lamb.Geeta's Tip: Delicious with Indian Paneer for a vegetarian option. Serve with raisin rice.
Store in a cool dark place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 4 days.
