Preparation & Storage
- Baked Tofu - Serves 2Pre-heat oven to 200°C.Cut into 1 cm thick slices and marinate in 4 tablespoons of Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon each of chopped ginger and garlic. Bake on a greased non-stick tray for 30 mins or until the sauce is dry. Serve on a bed of stir fried vegetables.Drain, rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into 8 pieces, coat in seasoned flour and deep fry until crispy. Alternatively: Cut into cubes and add to salads or soup such as Miso.
Store above 6°C. Once opened put in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.Do not freeze or microwave in package.
