Spray foam and cover stain taking care not to make the stained area too wet then wait for a few minutes. 3. Massage the foam into the stained area from the outside towards the centre with a damp colourfast cloth or sponge. 4. Blot any excess liquid with a dry cloth or kitchen towel. 5. Vacuum the treated area again when dry. For long pile carpets or really bad stains, you may need to apply again. LIQUID SPILLS: Blot stain with kitchen towel or dry cloth to soak up excess. SOLID RESIDUES: Scrape up excess with a blunt knife. DRY STAINS: Vacuum the affected area. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Always test a hidden area for colour fastness BEFORE use. If carpet colour is affected please don't use this product. Do not use on 'velvet' type materials, brocade, rayon or those unsuitable for wet cleaning.
