Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Remove all packaging. Place 15g of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in frying pan and heat until hot. Add fillets and cook for 1 minute, turn and cook for a further 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook until thoroughly cooked. (Time 5-6 minutes)
