Water, chicken (27%), FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), carrots, swede, onions, palm oil, white wine, cornflour, CHICKEN STOCK (chicken, salt, cornflour, pur�ed carrot, pur�ed�leek), celery, rapeseed oil, raising agents diphosphates and sodium carbonate, beef gelatine, salt, tomato paste, barley malt extract, thyme, black pepper
For best results oven heat. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve. Cut film lid with knife and remove. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until piping hot and golden brown. Remove from oven on baking tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwave plate. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving, cut the film with knife and remove before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. (650W: 5 mins, 750W: 4� mins, 850W: 4 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
