British free range dry cured Berkshire roast ham
Free range Berkshire cross breed dry cured ham. Our pigs are produced to the highest standard from pigs sired by the Berkshire breed boar and supplied by one dedicated farmer in East Anglia. Our pork is butchered by hand leaving on both the fat and rind to maximise the flavour during cooking. Our pork legs are dry cured for up to 14 days with curing salts and brown sugar to develop the meats succulence and flavour. The cured legs are then slowly cooked and roasted. Once chilled the rind is removed, the ham is then sliced.
