Milk, clotted cream (milk) (15%), rice (12%), double cream (milk), sugar, nutmeg
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 15 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
For best results microwave. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove outer sleeve, pierce film, place on a microwaveable plate. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. (650W: 1 pudding = 1 min 30 secs, 2 puddings = 2 min 20 secs, 750W: 1 pudding = 1 min 20 secs, 2 puddings = 2 mins, 850W: 1 pudding = 1 min, 2 puddings = 1 min 40 secs)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC For use by date see front of pack Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
