OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 14 mins Oven: 220�C, Fan: 200�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
For best results grill from frozen GRILL FROM FROZEN 12 minutes Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a grill tray under a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until golden brown. Do not reheat once cooled.
