Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Casserole logo. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add cubed meat and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add a selection of root vegetables and 200ml stock, bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven for the remaining time until thoroughly cooked. Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
