Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5 cm slices. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook on medium heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 6-8 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
