Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cover with foil. Place in centre of oven. Remove foil 15 minutes before end of cooking time. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 50 mins per kg + 25 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see outer box label. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
