Roast icon TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (�Kg) Fan 160�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) Gas Gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened consume with 1 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days.
