Great British beef produced from native Hereford cattle. Hereford beef characteristically has a fine marbling of cream fat running through the meat, this results in succulent tender and richly flavoured beef.

Roast icon TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (�Kg) Fan 160�C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) Gas Gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (� Kg) + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
