Pan fry logo. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE 4-6 mins 8-10 mins 10-12 mins Remove from packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan add steak and cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
