For best results oven cook Preheat oven. Remove outer sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. (Time 20 minutes Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove outer sleeve, pierce film, place on a microwavable plate. Leave to stand 1 minute before serving.
