Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Remove all packaging and discard the bay leaves. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 55 mins per kg + 25 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see outer box label. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
