Wine of Central Valley, Chile. Cabernet Sauvignon - Chilean Wine. Intense and full bodied with soft vanilla and fresh blackcurrant fruit character. Vineyard&Winemaking: From the Central Valley, where the Mediterranean climate and broad daily temperature extremes lead to intense, deeply coloured wines. Half of the wine was oak aged for 6 months for a lush mouthfeel and well-rounded character. Character: Aromas of cherries, cranberries, spice, tobacco, and vanilla precede the lively palate full of red fruit flavour with a touch of caramel. Family owned since 1870. Don Maximiano Errázuriz founded VináErrázuriz in 1870. His descendants continue to seek out innovations to express the fullest potential of Chile's excellent growing conditions for creating fresh and exciting wines.
