Cooking Instructions

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Oven Cook

From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Pan fry first for 4 minutes in a pre-heated pan with 1 tbsp oil. Turn once. Remove from pan and wrap in foil. Place in a roasting tray in the centre of oven for the remaining time. Rest for 5 minutes before carving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. GAS MARK TO BE 6 (Time Pan fry 4 mins + Oven 5 mins per 100g Oven: 210°C, Fan: 190°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6 1/2)


From Chilled/Ambient
Remove all packaging. Slice the fillet into 2.5cm thick slices. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook on medium to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 6-8 minutes)
