Preheat oven Remove sleeve and pierce film Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until piping hot Remove from oven on baking tray Allow to stand for 1 minute. (Time 20 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
650W 5.5mins 750W 4.5mins 850W 3.5mins For best results microwave. Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
