Pan Fry: Remove all packaging. Heat 2tsps of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place the fish skin side down into the pan. Pan fry over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Fish should be golden brown and flakes can be gently parted with a fork. (Time 4-6 mins)
