Artisan product from Provence. Vinegar of fresh figs can be used to dress a salad of intensely flavoured leaves like rocket & mesclun with sliced duck breast and slivers of parmesan.

Preparation & Storage
- Mix the vinegar with extra virgin olive oil to create a delicious salad dressing, or use after cooking meat to deglaze the pan. Dress a salad of intensely flavoure leaves, such as roquette and mesclun, with added slices of duck breast and slithers of parmesan.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct sunlight. Once opened refridgerate and use within three months.
