Preparation & Storage
- Wash all work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat.
- We recommend that all lamb should be cooked thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed date shown. For use by date see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully in refrigerator before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
