Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan, add seasoned liver to seal one side and turn over. Ensure liver is thoroughly cooked before serving. (Time 6-8 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 3ºC.
