Free range egg pasta in a rich tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and pecorino.

Stir before serving Do not reheat once cooled
For best results oven heat. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until piping hot and golden brown. Remove from oven on baking tray. Allow to stand for 1 minute. (Time 20 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. 650W 5 mins 750W 4 1/2 mins 850W 4 mins Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
