Pork, wholegrain ale mustard and buttered onion sausages, made with prime British pork from pigs born outdoors and reared in airy, straw bedded barns.

Waitrose pigs are reared to produce high quality, succulent pork that is tender and full of flavour. We work with a long-established group of dedicated farms; selecting them for their high standards of animal husbandry, welfare and a commitment to sustainable farming.

Oven Cook

Pre-heat oven. Remove all packaging. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)


From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12 minutes)

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan. Remove all packaging. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12 minutes)
