Pork, wholegrain ale mustard and buttered onion sausages, made with prime British pork from pigs born outdoors and reared in airy, straw bedded barns.

Pre-heat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 35 minutes Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 10-12 minutes)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. (Time 10-12 minutes)
