Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pour into a microwaveable bowl and cover with suitable film. Pierce in several places. Stir halfway through heating time. Stand for 2 minutes, after heating. Check food is piping hot throughout. If not re-cover and reheat for further brief period.
Pour contents into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring constantly. Do not boil but serve piping hot. (Time 3-4 min)
