Rude Health no flamin' raisins muesli
High in fibre. Whole grains. Wheat-free. No refined sugars. No added salt. Non-GM. Vegetarian Society approved. Kosher - KLBD. Who needs them? Some of our friends have told us that they don't like raisins or sultanas in their cereal. This muesli is dedicated to them! As well as being a wheat-free recipe, it's raisin-free too. Out go the grapes, in come the mangoes, apricots, apples, almonds, brazil nuts and dates instead. Crunchy and juicy, it's everything you've ever wanted in a muesli - without the stuff you didn't want... Raisins are not the only fruit. Fun fact: the original muesli didn't contain raisins. Neither does this. Instead there's a rainbow of mango, apple, apricot and dates. Mangoes, apricots and dates are high in antioxidants, fibre and juicy chewiness, which can pep up your body and your tastebuds. Dates give a richer, sweeter flavour than raisins, and they're packed with minerals, fibre and energy-boosting natural sugars. Missing your raisins? Didn't think so. Keep the raisin-free theme going with Rude Health Honey&Nuts Granola. Tasty grains and nuts baked together with honey start your morning with a rich crunch. Hello! At Rude Health, we choose the best of the best ingredients and put them together in ways that make their natural flavours sing. No need to fortify or falsify. No need to mess with the planet. With great food inside us, we feel we can do just about anything. Eat right, stay brilliant. You're in rude health when... you're the one who does all the stretches on a long-haul flight. Your TV remote has dust on it. You never grow out of making sandcastles. Food for thought. What we leave out is just as important as what we put in. Preparation & Storage
- How we like it. We soak a bowlful overnight in the fridge with milk or Rude Health Oat Drink. To keep with the tropical theme, we like to stir in a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
Store somewhere dry. Don't take the whole pack intoa sauna. So tuck in. And store in a dry place.
