Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a medium grill. Turn occasionally until golden brown, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-14 minutes)
Pan Fry Remove all packaging. Place the meatballs into a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-14 minutes)
