Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Remove from the packaging and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add steak and cook on a high heat to seal. Turn and seal other side. Reduce to medium heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rare 8 - 10 mins Medium 12 - 14 mins. (Time Rare 8 - 10 mins, Medium 12 - 14 mins.)
Keep refrigerated. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. This product has previously been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
