Preparation & Storage
- Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Remove all packaging. Season some flour with salt and freshly ground pepper. Dust the lamb in the seasoned flour. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a casserole dish. Fry the lamb over a medium high heat until browned on all sides. Add vegetables as desired and cook for five minutes. Add 400 ml of stock. Cover and cook for remaining time. (Time 1 1/2 hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
