Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on grill tray, brush with oil, turn often, cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 15-20 mins)
For best results, pan fry. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat and cook until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 20-25 mins)
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within two days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, and consume within two days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
