Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
(casserole icon) Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Add choice of sauce or stock and vegetables and bring to the boil. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, cover and place in oven for remaining time until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 1 - 1 1/4 hours Oven: 170�C, Fan: 150�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Place the meat into the pan, turn occasionally until thoughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 12-14 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
