Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove all packaging.
Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 35 mins Oven: 200�C, Fan: 180�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. (Time 10-12 mins)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. (Time 10-12 mins)
Keep refrigerated. For use by see front of pack. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
