TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE Electric 180�C 30 mins 35 min 40 mins per kg Fan 160�C 30 mins 35 mins 40 mins per kg Gas Mark 4 30 mins 35 mins 40 mins per kg Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin in a pre-heated oven. Ensure that the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time medium: 35 mins per kg Oven: 180�C, Fan: 160�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
