- NEED SOME INSPIRATION? Sweet & sour chicken stir fry recipe 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 sachet Amoy sweet & sour stir fry sauce. 2 chicken breasts (diced). 1 red pepper (diced). 1 green pepper (diced). 1 yellow pepper (diced). Amoy Straight to Wok thread noodles. Stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes then add your veg and fry until fully cooked. Add sauce and stir for 1 minute. Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
ONCE OPENED USE IMMEDIATELY.
