- NEED SOME INSPIRATION?Chicken chow mein recipe.1 tbsp vegetable oil.1 sachet Amoy chow mein stir fry sauce.2 chicken breasts (diced).5 large button mushrooms (sliced).1 red pepper (sliced).1 small can of bamboo shoots (drained).Amoy Straight to Wok medium noodles.Stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes then add your veg and fry until fully cooked.Add sauce and stir for 1 minute.Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.10 minute meal.Serves 2.
