Preparation & Storage
- NEED SOME INSPIRATION? Chicken chow mein recipe. 1 tbsp vegetable oil. 1 sachet Amoy chow mein stir fry sauce. 2 chicken breasts (diced). 5 large button mushrooms (sliced). 1 red pepper (sliced). 1 small can of bamboo shoots (drained). Amoy Straight to Wok medium noodles. Stir fry chicken for 3-4 minutes then add your veg and fry until fully cooked. Add sauce and stir for 1 minute. Add noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 10 minute meal. Serves 2.
