A rich and meaty sausage with onion, parsley, cracked black pepper and sea salt. Our beef comes from cattle from registered pedigree Aberdeen Angus bulls.
Aberdeen Angus beef (80%), water, FORTIFIED WHEAT FLOUR (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), onion, wheat flour, sea salt, black pepper, dried parsley, preservative sodium metabisulphite, nutmeg, white pepper, salt, yeast.
Filled into natural sheep casings.

Preheat oven Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 25-30 mins Oven: 190�C, Fan: 170�C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 5)
Preheat grill. Place under a medium/hot grill, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12 mins)
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan. Add sausages to hot pan, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-12 mins)
