Rashers of unsmoked dry cured back bacon, made from free range pigs bred from pedigree Gloucester Old Spot boars.

Preparation & Storage
- Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under grill, turning halfway through cooking time. (Time 5-6 minutes)
Remove all packaging. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add bacon, turning halfway through cooking time. (Time 4-5 minutes)
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted.
