Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 30 mins Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 7)
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium/hot grill, turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. (Time 10-15 mins)
