A three tier cake with a bottom tier (25cm) of rich fruit cake covered with marzipan, a middle tier (20cm) of golden sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream filling and a top tier (15cm) of chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream covered in white soft icing, topped with handmade sugar-paste roses and decorated with a shimmering cascade of handmade sugar-paste petals.
